The most important features of FrontStudio+

It's great that we do not heve to lthe label fronts with th pencil any more. Now each form has a label and you know everything about it ! It is now far less mistakes and shortcomings. It also works well to label the horizontal grain - it facilitates the work of the press operators.

Dedicated support for many groups of customers as well as the implementation of web-based customer service Frontman has enabled us to easiy sales organization as a "qualified provider" in "Strefa Płyt".

My cooperation with SunSoft is going well - I'm happy with it. With such a wide range we offer, the number of cases related to the production which I have to pay attention every day is high. I think it is good when issues related to orders and production are determined with software developers. I think this is better for both sides.

In those days and times the most important things are creativity and to be entreprising. We often introduce designed by us range of fronts patterns. It sometimes happens that these are complex products such as the front containing a horizontal glass stripe as a part of the design. Fortunately, the system ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+) is flexible enough to introduce in it such products.

I have to admit that at first I was quite sceptical about the idea of ​​implementing a new sales system. It seemed to me that we as a diverse range of such software simply will not be able to work.

The biggest advantage is the fact that it has been done to fulfill our needs and likewise varies with changes in these needs. Recent changes in the tax laws have caused a lot of barriers to trade which, fortunately, have been overcome by suitable modification of our system (service cash registers).

I am glad that I have decided to buy the SunSoft software. The system works in every day use and, if necessary, we can count on support from the SunSoft developers.

I'm glad that our new system will be able to efficiently serve our international customers. It is important for them to have invoices in their own currency (eg Euro). FrontMan's user's interface in my Customers' native language looks and wors really well!

The ability to automatic transfer of documents between systems ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+) and WF-FaKir (WAPRO) makes my job much easier.

We came up with an idea to show elements from the nesting table on the wall by the projector. Since the elements at the image are marked with the numbers which are also printed on the labels, sticking labels on the items is much easier now.

I expect that the introduction of the new system will allow to quick access to many valuable sales statistical information. This is what we need - a quick and accurate assessment of our marketing efforts. Such data will greatly facilitate the strategic decisions which are taken in our company.

I've used this program every day work for seven years. I once worked without it ... ? :-) Impossible ! I personally like the most the online ordering system. The fact that users can check orders status has significantly reduced the number of phone calls.

We've used FrontStudio+ (ProducentPRO) since January 2007. From that time I cannot imagine a company without a proper management system. Software made ​​by SunSoft suited this role perfectly.

Distribution of elements on the press has always been a challenge for us. A lot of elements can break down and you need to minimize the loss of film. The case system makes it much easier to me because I can print the images table of elements arranged according to the stripes - I have to only appropriately select lines and it is done !

When now thinking about it I think that the decision of implementation of the ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+) system in 2008 was legitimate and well-founded decision. Software eliminates a lot of problems we faced in the course of their daily work.

My idea was to organize a meeting of the creators of our system with those responsible for maintenance of manufacturing equipment. The result of this meeting was to connect the system ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+) with the production software. The nesting production is now much more efficient and what is even more important there are no mistakes.

SunSoft software was implemented by us in mid-2006. From that point, the system is constantly working in our company. Due to the changing nature of the market range it is a subject of continuous improvements and development.

These days, manufacturers look for the customers- and we also do. Recently, we decided to give up form extra payments for non-standard sizes of our fronts. This allows the ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+)system to calculate goods automatically. Such changes are easy and safe to implement.

We instaled a large monitor in a warehouse.When I distribute the package the program shows its the number on the screen for some time. Thanks to the monitor size I can see from a distance that the package was correct.

We constantly monitor the market of furniture and trends that rules them. We try to be flexible and modern and we are introducing new interesting products on the market. Quite recently we started the production of laminated glass Uno and Duo Glass. I am happy that we are able to operate this ever-expanding range with just one software.

We purchased FrontStudio+ in the current year (2013). Currently we are still working on the work implementation of it . It looks really promising!

By choosing SunSoft cooperation I payed attention to the complexity of the provided services. I am in favor of entrusting the overall health of both the software and the server system and active elements to one network service provider.

We were the first to introduce the Frontman system customer service of the second level. Our customers are happy with this solution because it allows them to give the access to their own procurement system to their customers. They can also easily determine the final sales price taking into account their own margins.

We are working at full capacity because there is a lot of work. Replacing our old system by the FrontStudio+ consumed lately a lot of our time. This system is different than our previous one on which we have worked before- you can see everything in it more clearly but it is also different -it is just a matter of time to get used to it. It will be good :-) !

Passuing orders to customers greatly accelerated since May when our packages have gotten the barcode labels. When a client comes to me with a passing document I immediately know where to look for the packages. As I scan each parcel mistakes do not happen in practice.

Due to the large number of sales documents today I cannot imagine the manual entry into the system I use (CDN Optima). Export module in the system ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+) makes me the files that can be later imported to the Comarch system.

Very efficient management software is not all. What counts is also the support and constant backing from the creators. The changes that I carry out in my product range are continuously introduced into the system by SunSoft ProducentPRO (FrontStudio+). Sometimes there is a lot of it !

I like to know what is going on in my company, so I make all the configuration changes by myself. ProducentPRO (FrontStudio +) is a flexible software and allows me to define each item completely independently. Sometimes it is useful to have a little SunSoft help and advice :)

At the beginning we needed some time to get used to the new method of packing elements in the packages and printing the labels. Now it goes really smoothly - I would not want to go back to the previous method.
